SIX STEPS TO YOUR INTERSTATE OPERATING AUTHORITY

1.       File the application for your Motor Property Carrier Authority, DOT number, and BOC-3 (agents for process).

2.       Receive notification from FMCSA that application has been accepted.

3.       Request BMC-91X from your insurance agent, file with the base state of your choice for Single State Registration (SSR-RS3), plus any other states requiring an insurance filing.

4.       Apply for any state required permits.

5.      Once an operating permit is issued, file for Single State registration.

6.   Once you are legal to operate, having received all permits, we provide an operations and safety review. D & D will provide forms, files and procedures needed for operating and the safety audit.
